  • No, we only offer seasonal contracts. Regardless of the pricing plan you choose, we will service your home for all storms with at least two inches of snow for the entire winter season.

  • We service all customers automatically for storms with at least two inches of snow. Communication is key, so we send frequent updates before, during, and after each storm.

  • No, we require service for all storms with at least two inches of snow. This helps us stay organized and efficient.

  • No, we do not clear snow from on top of vehicles to avoid scratches or damage.

  • No, we only shovel out vehicles parked in your driveway, not on the street.

  • No, you don’t. We clear snow from around parked vehicles in your driveway with snowblowers and shovels.

  • We cover your driveway, sidewalk, walkways, and steps.

  • We do not cover gravel or stone driveways, patios, porches, decks, and paths in the backyard.

  • No, customers are serviced once each storm after the snow has stopped.

  • Our crews start their service routes as the storm is winding down. Since we only service each customer once, we wait until the snow has stopped. Our service routes are mapped for efficiency, but timing of service can vary depending on the amount of snow and your position on the route.

  • Both! Each of our crews are equipped with a truck and plow, snowblower, and shovels to clear your driveway, sidewalk, walkways, and steps efficiently and thoroughly.

  • Our premier customer support is available by phone and email before, during, and after each storm. Storm Alerts, live updates on our progress each storm, are available on X. We also send frequent updates via email to keep you in the loop.

  • Yes, our salting service, MeltMagician, is available as an add-on to your plan.
